  • Ingredients: cod, potatoes, onions, eggs, olive oil and olives.

  • Steps: Cook the cod, potatoes and eggs. Sauté the onions in olive oil and assemble the dish with layers of cod, potatoes and eggs, drizzling with olive oil and decorating with olives.

Punched Potatoes: The Ideal Accompaniment


To go with it, there's nothing better than Baked Potatoes, simple but delicious. I'll show you how to turn something as simple as potatoes into a side dish that everyone will love.

  • Ingredients: small potatoes, olive oil, coarse salt, garlic.

  • Steps: Boil the potatoes with the skin on, give them a little 'punch' to open, drizzle with olive oil flavored with garlic and bake until crispy.
